I bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 with approx 50,000 range miles from Don Franklin about 3 months ago and ever since test driving it- I have had problems since. The first day after owning it- I am going down the road and break down - they said maybe the tires needed balanced or whatnot, but I was on the side of the road with my children IN THE COLD with a flat and no way of changing it. Luckily a guy from tarter was near dunnville area and helped me change the spare donut onto the new car. So I take the car back in and they put a new tire on- my car is still wobbling at the steering wheel going down the road and its gotten worse when I mention this to them after test driving it. Every time I take the car in for repair or anything wrong- they tend to give me to run around saying "they are booked on appointments" or brush my concerns off as nothing being wrong with the car - meaning they don't want to fix what they gave me. I don't want to have to pay a $303 car payment and $250 car insurance for a car that is junk, but I don't want to give it back niether and ruin my credit for trying to finance a car to begin with. As a first time car buyer- this is the worst experience of my life of being a happy car owner... So sad and disappointed! I wouldn't even recommend buying a car off don franklin to anyone.:: a 1 star- pitiful, just outright pitiful! :( ... If I could rate lower, I would.
I honestly trust them withbmy Cecile. I'm just now doing the car thing now myself since lost husband in January. But I have had work done 2 times ( oil changes) but they treated me with the most respect. After a,couple day I went back n ask ed them.to explain things to me to watch for. He took his time with me , explained everything to me on the list and what to watch for.They are very reasonable on oil changes,and rotating tires. So far so good. I hope I don't need them for major problems but been satisfied with them on the last 2 trips. Thank you for explaining everything you did to me,you took your time and did not vg rush thru it. That meant a,lot especially when your having to take care of the automobiles yourself now. Kudos to Don Franklin Garage!!!!!!
