Friendly people, caring doctor, good results!
If you could give 0 stars they would get none!! I'm not really sure if the doctor, Dr. Haddad is a good doctor or not because I was unable to see him. I was a first time patient, called and made an appointment, was 10 minutes early, filled out all the necessary first time patient forms asking questions like name, birthdate, why you are wanting to see the doctor, the medications that you are prescribed to, etc..., basically a 15 minute form(s) to fill out. I provided my insurance card, ID, and of course the reason I was wanting to be seen, which the reason was that my doctor that I usually see is 45 minutes away from where I live, I don't have a doctor in Liberty, which is the town I live in so I thought I would try this doctor as my Primary Care Provider. After waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours the woman behind the desk that acts like her crap don't stink called me up to the front desk and again asked why I wanted to see the doctor...again I explained the reason about needing a doctor closer to home and her words were, "We don't prescribe narcotics for a first time patient, so you need to go somewhere else." I was completely dumbfounded/confused thinking maybe I made a mistake on my forms and wrote a medication wrong but I looked at my forms again and nope, all my meds that I take were listed correctly, none of them being even close to a narcotic. The strongest med I take is my thyroid medicine. I was so irate and embarrassed bc of her comment that she spoke very loudly with a waiting room full of people. I wanted to smack her "crap don't stink" look off her face but didn't want to go to jail and because I'm better than that anyway; I am pretty sure she was nothing but an office clerk, probably with only a GED and never spent a second in college and she's telling me that she don't think the doctor would want to see me, because of her extensive medical knowledge I'm sure, if extensive medical knowledge involves having a stick up her butt then I guess she has a Bachelors Degree in that...she needs to talk to Dr. Haddad about removing said stick from her butt. So anyways, when it was all said and done I wasted well over 2 hours in the waiting room, never got to see the doctor, and was extremely pissed and embarrassed when I left....Goodbye 2 hours that I will never get back, thanks to the homely, dirty office clerk that made that possible.
